These terms govern the contractual relationship between LUXURY LINE SERVICE (sole proprietorship, France) and any customer booking a private transfer via navette-europapark.com. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the present terms.

Bookings are made online and trigger an email quote within five minutes. Payment is due at pickup at the latest, in cash or via bank transfer for business accounts and long-distance fares. No card is charged at booking.

Free cancellation and rescheduling up to 2 hours before departure. On high-demand dates (Halloween evenings, Silvester/31 December, Weihnachtszauber Saturdays), a WhatsApp confirmation the day before is required; without a reply we may release the slot. Documented flight or train delays are handled manually via WhatsApp coordination and trigger a pickup reschedule at no extra cost.

The carrier holds the mandatory professional liability insurance for VTC operators (French Code des transports R.3120-7). Consumer disputes may be referred to a French consumer mediator or to the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Governing law: French law.
