Drop-off at your hotel's lobby
Instead of P5/P7 parking + internal Resort shuttle (30 min with luggage, prams, swim bags), we drop you right outside the lobby of Bell Rock, Colosseo, Krønasår, El Andaluz, Castillo, Santa Isabel or Camp Resort. Same service in reverse on check-out day.

Resort hotel guests get 30-minute early park access. With our shuttle: arrive at the hotel, drop your bags, walk straight to the park. No first-morning lost in the parking maze.
V-Class for family arrivals
The Mercedes V-Class fits 7 passengers with full-size luggage — built for family Resort weekends. The E-Class sedan suits 2-3 adults on a premium short break at the Krønasår or Colosseo.
Flight tracking on airport runs
Live flight monitoring via the airline API. Early arrival, runway delay, gate change — we adjust automatically. Driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign, up to 45 min free waiting.
Travelling to your Resort hotel
Most international Resort guests arrive via Basel-Mulhouse (BSL, easyJet hub) or Karlsruhe-Baden (FKB, Ryanair). Strasbourg is the gateway for guests on TGV from Paris.
V-Class for family arrivals, sedan for couples
A Resort overnight is typically a family of 4-7 (suitcases, prams, Rulantica swim bags) or a couple on a premium break. Both profiles covered by V-Class or E-Class sedan, both with hotel lobby drop-off.

What hotels does the Europa-Park Resort offer?
Six themed 4-star hotels at the heart of the Resort: Hotel Colosseo (Italian/Roman, the largest), Hotel Bell Rock (New England maritime), Hotel Krønasår (Scandinavian, with direct access to Rulantica), Hotel El Andaluz (Andalusian), Hotel Castillo Alcázar (Spanish castle), Hotel Santa Isabel (Portuguese). Plus Camp Resort (camping and mobile homes) and Tipi Village (tepees) for budget options. All share the free internal shuttle bus to the park entrance.
Which hotel is best for families planning a Rulantica day?
Hotel Krønasår — direct access to Rulantica via an indoor tunnel, no need to re-clear the entrance. Families with a water-park day in plan save 15 minutes per visit and can return after 10pm without parking concerns. Bell Rock is a good alternative on the south side, closer to the outdoor Rulantica entrance.
Do you book the hotel as well?
No, we operate the transport only. Hotel booking is direct on europa-park.de or through the Resort Reservations call centre. Tip: book the hotel first to lock the address and date, then book our shuttle by entering those details in the calculator.
How much does a shuttle from Basel airport to Hotel Bell Rock cost?
Same price as the main park entrance run: from €180 in the sedan, €200 in the V-Class — fixed price including tolls, luggage and 45 min flight-tracked waiting. No premium for lobby drop-off versus park entrance.
Is the lobby drop-off really worth it?
With family-size luggage: yes, clearly. The official Resort drive-in routes you through P1-P5 then internal Resort shuttle to the hotel — around 30 minutes of friction with two large suitcases, a pram and pool bags. Direct lobby drop-off removes that friction.
Can we use different hotels for arrival and return?
Yes. Example: arrive Wednesday at the Krønasår, return Sunday from Bell Rock (mid-stay hotel switch). Specify both addresses at booking — the round-trip price stays the same as long as both addresses are within the Resort.
Is there a Resort all-inclusive package?
Europa-Park sells its own Resort packages (1 night + 2 park days, etc.) on europa-park.de. We do not bundle hotel + tickets — our service is strictly transport. On the shuttle side, our round-trip package gives 15% off versus two separate one-way bookings.
Which hotel is the most affordable?
Resort hotel pricing varies considerably by season (Halloween + summer weekends = peaks) and category (Colosseo / Krønasår = premium, El Andaluz / Castillo / Santa Isabel = mid-range). Camp Resort and Tipi Village remain the most budget-friendly options. Live rates and availability on europa-park.de.
Camp Resort or Tipi Village — does the shuttle go there too?
Yes. Both facilities (Camp Resort + Tipi Village) are in the southern Resort zone. Our driver drops you directly at the Camp Resort reception or at the Tipi Village entrance — specify the exact address at booking.
