All chauffeurs hold the French professional VTC card (issued by the Bas-Rhin prefecture), are trained in first aid (PSC1), and speak French and German fluently. Most also handle English and commercial Italian.

Professional civil liability coverage compliant with the French Transport Code (R.3120-7). Vehicles serviced per Mercedes recommendations — major service every 30 000 km, annual MOT, 4-season tyres replaced at 4 mm.
