Booking and payment
How do I book a shuttle?
Via our online quote tool — 30 seconds for a fixed price on both van and sedan. Firm quote by email within the minute (no card details needed). Driver contact details by SMS 24 hours before pickup; payment at pickup in cash or via bank transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash to the driver or bank transfer for corporate accounts and long-distance fares. No card is charged at booking. VAT invoice issued within 24 hours after the trip.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation and rescheduling up to 2 hours before departure. On high-demand dates (Halloween evenings, Silvester/31 December, Weihnachtszauber Saturdays), a WhatsApp confirmation the day before is required — without a reply we may release the slot. Documented flight delays trigger a reschedule at no extra cost.

What vehicles do you operate?
Mercedes V-Class van (8 passengers with full luggage), Mercedes E-Class sedan (3 passengers) and Mercedes Sprinter (up to 16 pax, on request). All under three years old, Mercedes dealership serviced, deep-cleaned after every trip.
How much does a shuttle to Europa-Park cost?
The calculator shows your exact Van and Sedan price in 30 seconds. Fixed price confirmed before booking. We operate exclusively from Strasbourg (TGV / city / SXB airport). Round-trip preferential fare computed in the quote.
Are luggage and fuel included?
Yes, everything is included. No luggage surcharge, no fuel surcharge, no late-night surcharge. No toll or vignette on this route. Quoted price = billed price.
Airports and delays
Which airport is closest to Europa-Park?
We serve only Strasbourg-Entzheim (SXB) airport — 60 km from Europa-Park, roughly 55 min drive. The other regional airports (Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden FKB, Basel/EuroAirport BSL, Frankfurt FRA, Zurich ZRH) are NOT served: reach Strasbourg by TGV from Paris CDG or by regional train, then our shuttle takes over.
How do you handle flight delays?
Share your flight number at booking — your driver coordinates with you via WhatsApp manually on the day. Up to 45 minutes of free waiting absorbed. Beyond that we contact you to extend.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
At Strasbourg-Entzheim (SXB) — our only airport pickup zone — in the arrivals hall past customs, with a name board. Exact meeting point sent via WhatsApp 24 hours before your flight.
Families, children, groups
Do you provide child seats?
Baby seats (group 0+/1) and booster seats (group 2/3) on request at booking (free when available, subject to stock). Please specify each child’s age and weight so the driver installs the right equipment before you arrive.
How many passengers maximum?
V-Class: 8 passengers with luggage. E-Class sedan: 3 passengers. Mercedes Sprinter (on request): up to 16 passengers, price on request. Beyond 16, we refer you to a coach partner.
Practical
Do you speak English?
All our drivers speak fluent English, plus French and German. Some additionally speak conversational Spanish or Portuguese, useful for Iberian travellers landing at Strasbourg-Entzheim (SXB) via Volotea from Madrid, Barcelona or Porto.
Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes, every time. PDF invoice by email within 24 hours. Corporate accounts can be billed via purchase order with 30-day payment terms and SEPA bank transfer at no fee.
